   Prentiss Pointe is a gated community comprised of 104 coach homes all centrally located around two ponds. The homes offer three bedroom floor plans with two car garages. Many of the models include upgraded private elevators. The buildings were built between 2005 and 2007.

   Prentiss Pointe offers a clubhouse with pool/ spa, community room, exercise room, internet access, and tennis courts.  Located off Winkler Rd. and Summerlin Rd. 

 The current recurring HOA fee is $1,400 per quarter. Owners can lease for a minimum of 30 days and turn tenants up to three times a year.
